For your convenience, we provide information on over 65,000 products on our website. This is one of the largest computer products catalogs on the Internet. Our inventory, however, is not limited to the products listed on this website. A-2-Z Solutions, Inc., specializes in locating hard-to-find equipment which may not be listed here. Please contact us via email, phone or fax if you require a product not listed here.
While we try to ensure the accuracy of all product specifications listed, we cannot guarantee the reliability of this information even though much of it comes directly from the manufacturer. If any errors or omissions in product information come to our attention, we will do our best to correct them and notify our customers at the time of ordering. | Pricing and Availability |
Due to the extreme volatility of prices on computer equipment, it is best to contact us directly, either through email, fax or phone, to receive current pricing information. Bulk discounts are available, and we welcome corporate and government accounts.
For products found in our online catalog, the inventory status of each product (labeled as either IN STOCK or OUT) is current as of the date listed based on information supplied to A-2-Z Solutions from manufacturers and suppliers. In stock items will ship within 24 hours of when the order is placed unless we notify you otherwise. Orders may also be placed for products not currently in stock, in which case you will not be charged until the order is shipped. |
| Shipping |
Standard shipping within the continental United States is UPS ground service. Express service is available via UPS or FedEx. Your order will be shipped from the closest of our regional warehouses that has your item in stock. Delivery of in-stock items within the United States takes from one to six business days (under normal conditions), depending on the proximity of our warehouse to the delivery address.
There is no shipping charge for orders over $1200. For all other orders, the shipping charge is based on the weight of the items, not to exceed $20 per order. |
| Sales Tax |
Shipments to addresses within the state of Florida will be subject to 6% state sales tax.
Shipments to addresses within the state of California will be subject to a 7.5% state sales tax. Sales tax is not currently charged for any other shipping destination. |
| Payment Information |
We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, wire transfer, money order, and corporate purchase orders (subject to credit approval). Unless you have an established account with A-2-Z Solutions, Inc., and have received credit approval, all orders must be prepaid before merchandise is shipped.
A-2-Z Solutions only accepts credit cards that have billing addresses within the United States, are issued by a U.S. bank, and for orders shipping to U.S. addresses. A photocopy of the purchaser's valid driver's license and the front and back of the credit card being used must be faxed to A-2-Z Solutions, Inc., prior to the order being accepted. A-2-Z Solutions, Inc., will fax or email a written confirmation of the order to the purchaser once payment information is verified. It is the purchaser's responsibility to review this confirmation for accuracy. |
| International Orders |
Orders for shipment outside the continental United States are subject to additional shipping and handling charges, and any applicable customs, duties and taxes,
all of which are the responsibility of the customer. All international
orders must be prepaid in full with U.S. funds, by a cashier's check drawn
on a U.S. bank or by wire transfer.
International orders can only be placed via voice telephone to 561-967-4646. International orders will not be accepted via facsimile, postal mail, email, or the A-2-Z Solutions web site. Please contact A-2-Z Solutions' sales department for rates, restrictions, and other arrangements for international orders. Some items not available for export. Manufacturers' warranties for exported items may vary or be null and void. A-2-Z Solutions makes no representations regarding warranty coverage, compatibility, or serviceability for products that are used outside the U.S. |
| Returned Merchandise Policy |
Please keep all packing material and documentation in the event that your equipment has to be serviced or returned. Before returning any product, you must obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number. Please have the following information on hand when calling for an RMA number: customer name, invoice number, serial number and the nature of the problem. All can be found on your invoice. Opened software will not be accepted as returnable. A-2-Z Solutions, Inc. is not responsible for damages incurred in transit; the shipping carrier is responsible for such damage.
A-2-Z Solutions, Inc., offers a credit, exchange or repair on any defective new product(s) purchased from our online catalog that is returned within 30 days from the invoice date and which meets the following criteria: (1) it must be returned within 30 days from the invoice date; (2) 100% complete; (3) in resalable condition; (4) with an A-2-Z Solutions, Inc., authorized RMA number; and (5) must include original packing material, manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. A-2-Z Solutions, Inc., will, at the company's option, select to either replace the product, repair the product or credit the invoiced amount of the product (if not replaceable due to lack of inventory). The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. All non-defective returns for credit or exchange are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and must be completed within 30 days of the date of invoice. The customer is responsible for return shipping. Due to manufacturer return policies, Apple, AST, Compaq, Hewlett-Packard and IBM products may be returned to A-2-Z Solutions, Inc., for repairs only. No refunds or exchanges can be made. A-2-Z Solutions, Inc., reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 30 days from the invoice date. If the product is accepted after 30 days, credit will be issued toward FUTURE PURCHASES ONLY. |
| Other Policies and Information |
A-2-Z Solutions, Inc., makes no warranty as to the performance of any merchandise sold. A-2-Z Solutions, Inc., shall not be liable to any person or organization for incidental or consequential damages or any other liability, loss or damage arising out of or related to the merchandise we sell. This includes, but is not limited to, damage due to incorrect usage of merchandise, system downtime, and lost data. This is no way affects the terms of any manufacturer's warranty. Any and all liability is only for the products purchased.
Title to goods herein being purchased is retained by the seller until goods are paid for by the purchaser and at that time title passes to purchaser. If goods being purchased are for purposes of export, purchaser must obtain from the U.S. federal government appropriate export documentation, if applicable.
